The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture titled “Socially Savvy Steps: Your Guide to Landing Your Dream Job with Social Media” as part of the HRM 3102: Career Management course for 3000-level undergraduates in the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management.

The session, held on 02nd July 2025, provided undergraduates with valuable insights into the strategic use of social media in shaping their professional identity and career prospects.

Mr. Sumal Buddika Perera, Manager – Human Resource & Administration from Norlanka Manufacturing Limited, joined as the resource person for this session.
