The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a field visit to IFS R&D International (Pvt) Ltd, located at Orion City, Colombo, on the 17th of June 2025. This visit was specially arranged for the department’s 2000-level undergraduates as part of their academic enrichment.
The primary objective of this initiative was to provide students with practical exposure to real-world Human Resource Management practices and how these functions are implemented in a dynamic corporate setting. Through this visit, students gained a deeper understanding of HR operations beyond the classroom environment.
