The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a guest lecture on “Application of Strategic HRM Practices in the Workplace” through HRM 4101: Strategic Human Resource Management course for 4000-level undergraduates of the Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management. The session was held on 21st May 2025 to provide undergraduates with valuable insights into how strategic HRM principles are practiced in the workplace. Ms. Mishel Jayatilake, Assistant Manager in Sustainability from Emjay International (Pvt) Ltd., joined as the resource person for this session.
