The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya organized a guest lecture on “Developing Conflict Management Skills” through HRM 3204: Conflict Management Course for 3000-level HRM undergraduates on the 6th December 2024 from 9.00 a.m. onwards at the Faculty Conference Room.
The purpose of the lecture was to equip undergraduates with the necessary tools and strategies to handle and resolve conflicts in the workplace effectively. Mr. Tissa Dissanayake, Founder / CEO of Boston Negotiation Group joined as the resource person for the session.
