The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya organized a guest lecture on “Leadership in Crisis & Change Management” through HRM 3201: Organizational Leadership Course for 3000-level undergraduates of the Faculty of Management on the 18th December 2024.
The purpose of the guest lecture was to highlight the critical role of leaders in navigating crises and change and driving successful change initiatives in the workplace. Mr. Dilshan Perera, Chief Transformation Officer / General Manager, HNB General Insurance joined as the resource person for this session.
