The Department of Human Resource Management, Faculty of Management, University of Peradeniya, organized a Mock Interview Session and a workshop on “Resume Writing, Interview Skills and Techniques” for 3000-level undergraduates of the department on 16th July 2025 from 10.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. at the faculty premises. The interview was held as a requirement of their continuous assessments, and the session was an integral component of the HRM 3102: Career Management course. These sessions offered students a practical simulation of real job interviews, helping them enhance their communication and interpersonal skills. It also provided valuable insights into resume writing, employer expectations, and essential interview techniques, laying a strong foundation for their career readiness.
